Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original containers, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
